Missions
The mission of Nazarene Missions International (NMI) is to mobilize the church in mission through prayer, education, giving, and interactive experiences.
Cross Pointe joins other Nazarene churches in seeking ways to provide compassionate aid and to spread the Gospel by:
- Volunteering in relief efforts
- Providing financial support
- Praying for the local, national, and international communities
- Encouraging cross-cultural involvement
Nazarene Missions International Clothing Packing Days were held May 31st and June 14th. 180 boxes of clothes were packed and delivered to the distribution center in Fawn Grove, PA. From here they will be sent to third world countries who are in desparate need. A big thanks to all who made this possible!
Work & Witness Trip
A Work & Witness trip to the Village of Hope in Hingham MA is planned for the week of June 22, 2008. The Work & Wittness team will be housed on the campus of the Eastern Nazarene College. We will be helping the "Friends of the Homeless" with a a variety of jobs to be completed. Our team is excited and looking forward to helping in any way we can.
